These villas are recommended for larger groups or groups that want a villa with more beds. In general male groups prefer this selection.

These villas, due to their size are also in a higher price range as they can fit more people. Please note a lot of the larger villas have a minimum charge for 12 and then go up per person, so the price may vary a lot from their minimum amount if you have a lot of people. Some also have additional regulations (please see notes below).

We have arranged them in price order, so scroll from left to right. Numbers atached to the villa relates to max number of guests. All information is written below the photo for that villa with a selection of photographs.

Notes on particular villas:
  • Delfines is a minium of 4 night stay, the rest have a 3 night minimum.
  • Villa Flores, Faros and Golden Dome will need a personal request before being accepted, it is not automatically assumed that we can confirm, it is the decision of the owner once we put the request forward. Decision usually takes 24 hours.
  • Villa Mantea, Maison and Turquesa will only allow their own chefs to provide in-house services. This means we can still provide our packages but would reduce all prices of meals and you would arrange your meals directly with the villa manager


Aside from Casa Luna all of the villas have their own villa manager with chips, guacamole, salsa on arrival and credit vouchers to use with Cabo Expeditions
Should you also book a package with us, we will include a host, to ensure smooth running of your stay and also can decorate with your theme, should you be celebrating anything in particular.

If not in the below list these Villa are in the gated community of Pedregal, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas.

In the list below these are all close to town and security gated communities but slightly further away.
Delfines (Cabo Real) 20-25 minute drive to town
Faros (Cabo Sol) 10-15 minute drive to town
Las Rocas (Costa Brava)20-25 minute drive to town
Casa Luna (Cabo Bello) 10-15 minute drive to town
Finca Del Tezal is the only villa which is not in a security gated community, but does have household staff on site. 15- 20 minute drive to town
